At what point
Should you feel concerned about your stress level and its impact on your mental health? I don't want to shorten this post but I do have a research interview scheduled in two minutes and I think this is an important question every graduate student gets to, especially at the doctorate level. I've been feeling overwhelmed. I make groaning sounds when I look at my computer across the room as it recharges after I've worked it all the way down from 100%. It's getting harder to get out of bed but then again, I am sleep deprived. My attention is all over the place. All I want to do is text everyone to complain. This is the point where seeing a mental health specialist just seems like another to-do on my already packed calendar.
